The Last Song Movie | Fan Site

The book on which the movie is based is now available to preorder on Amazon. The book is written by the excellent author Nicholas Sparks who also wrote the screenplay for the movie. Sparks has been writing books for many years is one of the best romantic writers out there.

This book is going to be a really great read. Regardless of whether or not you are interested in the film it will be very enjoyable by all accounts. The cheapest pre-order we could find was at Amazon where you can get it for only $15 here.

Miley seems to be having problems on set. Being such a huge young Disney celebrity, there are inevitably times when somebody goes to far. This time, the person is somebody called Mark McLeod, who has apparently been threatening the young star with a number of messages. The man is a Tybee Island resident, where the film is currently being filmed.

It is always a shame to hear of such things, but let’s hope for the best that she’ll be OK and this guy will leave her alone. The LAPD have been notified of the situation and will be investigating the allegations promptly. (UPDATE: The Man is now in Court)

The lead actress has once again changed her hair color. She has also made some comments that suggest she is missing Hollywood, the smoggy city that she usually hates. The young star then half-corrected herself and said maybe it was a person she was missing.

Just a quick update to let you know that I found a pre-prouction logo on the City of Tybee website for ‘The Last Song’:

I’m not sure if this is going to be the official logo released by Disney, but it still looks intersting.

Miley Cyrus, the lead actress has reportedly seen a ghost while staying at a local hotel in Savannah, Georgia. The hotel, called ‘The 17 hundred 90 inn” is the most haunted location in all of Savannah Georgia, and is haunted by a female ghost called Anna Powers, who apparently commited suicide after she found out that her husband was having an affair.

John Cusack did not have a working cell phone during his encounter in 1408, but Miley Cyrus did have one, and she posted the following twitter updates from her stay in the haunted hotel:

I am pretty darn chipper for 5:15 am. I had a very peaceful sleep thanks to Ana. She was watching over me. She isnt a “ghost” but an angel.

Let’s hope that Miley isn’t possesed and she can get on with filming as soon as possible!

She has just been signed by Disney to play a fairy in the film adapation of Wings by Aprilynne Pike, a new author. She will play the main character, a 15 year old girl who has just found out she’s a fairy.

While filming for ‘The Last Song’, Miley has still found time away from the movie set to appear on the cover of the latest issue of the magazine, Elle. She is quoted as saying about her teeth “My dad won’t let me fix my teeth or cut my hair. He loves it. He’s like, ‘It’s you!”.
