It seems that Rob Thomas, the lead singer of the hit band Matchbox 20 will be writing the theme song to ‘The Last Song’. According to Thomas:
“My buddy Adam Shankman, who just directed Miley’s movie, called me on the phone the other day and was like, ‘You have to write a song for this movie,’” Rob told New York Daily News. “It was so funny. I would definitely write a song for her.”
Rob has written soundtracks before and has released 4 excellent albums through Matchbox Twenty and has released his own solo album too.
